Who We Are!

Mt. Tabor Baptist Church is a community of ordinary people united by a desire to honor our Lord Jesus Christ. We are committed to worshiping God, growing in our faith, and encouraging one another in our daily walk with Him. Whether you are exploring Christianity, new to the area, or looking for a church home, we invite you to join us as we seek to know Christ and make Him known.

What are your services like?

Whether through music, prayer, or preaching, God's Word is at the center of everything we do. Each service includes a time of worship, prayer, biblical preaching, and giving. Our sermons are rooted in Scripture—not personal opinions—and are designed to help us grow in our faith and become more like Jesus Christ. We strive to create a worship experience that honors God, encourages believers, and clearly communicates the truth of His Word.

Where should I park?

We have a parking lot conveniently located next to the church, with designated Handicap parking spaces near the main entrance.

Where should I go when I enter the building?

Our members are ready to welcome you and help you find your way around. Whether you need directions to the sanctuary, nursery, restrooms, or a Sunday School class, someone will be happy to assist you and help make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Do you provide childcare?

Clean, well-staffed nurseries for infants and toddlers are provided during all church services.

What should I wear?

We’re more concerned about you being with us than what you wear. Our desire is to worship the Lord together, and we encourage attire that is respectful and honors God. Most of our members dress somewhere between business casual and business formal, but you are welcome to come as you are and join us in worship. .
